This one day LPI certification programme is designed to participants administer and effectively debrief the world’s premier leadership 360, the LPI Online.

What does the training cover:

• A basic overview of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®
• An introduction and overview of the LPI Facilitator guide
• Debrief tips including an overview of the formal and informal debrief instruments
• An overview of the online system itself, how to work the basics, get tech help etc.

At the end of this training participants should be able to:

• Effectively sell the LPI to clients (including internal clients)
• Debrief the LPI in both group and individual settings
• Understand the LPI price and administration options
• Access technical support if and when needed

• An LPI assessment on their own leadership practices
• An LPI Facilitator Guide, with PP slides and scoring software
• Access to technical support and general questions
• The possibility of being referred business as the LPI grows in Australia
• Support for free trials for new clients if and where possible
• A certificate of training recognition on the LPI, including being put on the coach referral list
