This one day LPI certification programme is designed to participants administer and effectively debrief the world’s premier leadership 360, the LPI Online.

What does the training cover:
- A basic overview of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®
- An introduction and overview of the LPI Facilitator guide
- Debrief tips including an overview of the formal and informal debrief instruments
- An overview of the online system itself, how to work the basics, get tech help etc.
At the end of this training participants should be able to:
- Effectively sell the LPI to clients (including internal clients)
- Debrief the LPI in both group and individual settings
- Understand the LPI price and administration options
- Access technical support if and when needed
What will participants receive?
- An LPI assessment on their own leadership practices
- An LPI Facilitator Guide, with PP slides and scoring software
- Access to technical support and general questions
- The possibility of being referred business as the LPI grows in Australia
- Support for free trials for new clients if and where possible
- A certificate of training recognition on the LPI, including being put on the coach referral list
